How do I send my ECU in?

Once you have placed your order, carefully remove your ECU from the vehicle and package it securely to prevent damage in transit.

Include a note inside the package with your order number and contact details. Ship to our address using a tracked postage method — we recommend using a padded satchel or small box with bubble wrap.

Our shipping address will be provided in your order confirmation email. Once we receive your ECU, we will get to work and return it to you promptly.

How long does the service take?

Turnaround time is typically 2 to 5 business days from the day we receive your ECU, depending on current workload.

Once your ECU has been programmed and tested, it will be returned to you via tracked post. You will receive a tracking number when your ECU is dispatched.

If you have a time-sensitive build or event coming up, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on current lead times.

Will my existing ECU calibration be overwritten?

Yes. As part of the mail-in programming service, the ECU will be flashed with a fresh calibration suited to your specified configuration.

Any existing tune or calibration currently stored on the ECU will be replaced. If you wish to retain a copy of your current tune, please advise us before sending and we will do our best to assist.
