Greens Barra Solutions – Return & Refund Policy

Effective: 12/01/2024

All products supplied by Greens Barra Solutions are custom-built, made-to-order automotive components. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refunds on Custom Products

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Standalone wiring looms
  • Custom or modified wiring harnesses
  • ECU unlocking, modification, or configuration services

These items are built specifically to order and cannot be returned for change of mind, incorrect selection, or incompatibility where no prior written confirmation has been provided.

2. Customer Responsibility (Fitment & Compatibility)

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The product suits their intended vehicle and setup
  • All required modifications or supporting components are accounted for
  • Any non-standard configurations (e.g. transmission conversions, custom setups) are disclosed and confirmed in writing prior to purchase

Greens Barra Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect assumptions made by the customer
  • Undisclosed modifications or custom setups
  • Installation errors or third-party workmanship

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Only

Returns will only be considered if the item is:

  • Faulty due to manufacturing defect
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly supplied (not matching your order)

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request photos, videos, or diagnostic information
  • Troubleshoot prior to approving any return
  • Determine whether the fault is product-related or installation-related

4. Return Approval Conditions

No return will be accepted unless:

  • Approved in writing by Greens Barra Solutions
  • The item is returned in unused, unmodified condition
  • The item has not been installed, altered, or tampered with

Any item showing signs of:

  • Installation
  • Modification
  • Damage caused by use or incorrect wiring

will void eligibility for refund or replacement

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • The item must be securely packaged and sent with tracking
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Refunds are not processed until the item has been received and fully inspected
  • Inspection and assessment may take up to 28 days depending on workload

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 14 business days after approval
  • Additional delays of up to 28 days may occur depending on banking or financial institutions

7. Partial Refunds (At Our Discretion)

Where a return is accepted outside standard conditions (e.g. unused but custom-built item), any refund:

  • Will be partial only
  • May include deductions for materials, labour, and administrative costs

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

However, this does not cover:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Failure to confirm compatibility
