At Greens Barra Solutions, all products are made to order to ensure they meet the specific requirements of your build. Below is our shipping policy outlining timeframes, delivery expectations, and other important details.

 

1. Order Production Timeframes

All looms and wiring solutions are built per order. This ensures every item is tailored to the customer’s specific vehicle and requirements.

  • Standard dispatch timeframe is between 3 to 16 weeks from the date of payment or from the date we receive any required donor harness or components.
  • Actual production time depends on the complexity, level, and style of the loom ordered.
  • We reserve the right to extend this timeframe if needed due to workload, custom specifications, part delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Method and Carriers

Orders are shipped via tracked courier or postal service. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or message.

  • Delivery times vary based on location but are generally between 2–7 business days within Australia.
  • International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Size and weight of the order
