Welcome to Greens Barra Solutions. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Shipping Information

All looms and ECU packages are made to order, and will typically be shipped within 3 weeks of payment being received or after any required customer-supplied components (e.g. loom cuts) are received — whichever is later.

  • Orders are shipped via tracked postage. Once dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.
  • Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier network. Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather events, or courier backlog — these are outside of our control.
  • If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing the order.

Custom Orders – No Change of Mind Refunds

All Barra looms and ECU packages sold on this website are custom-made to order and fall under the category of custom or personalised items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Because each order is built specifically for the customer — often tailored to particular vehicle setups or ECU configurations — we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind.

 Important Notes:

Once your order is placed, it enters our build queue and may involve the immediate sourcing of materials and allocation of build time.

  • If work has commenced or components have been ordered, the order becomes non-refundable.
  • While certain loom configurations may suit other customers, this does not guarantee resale, nor does it qualify as a reason for refund.

ECU Tunes – Disclaimer

All ECU tunes provided are base tunes only, designed to allow the engine to start and run in a basic standalone configuration. These tunes are not considered final or fully calibrated for individual vehicle setups, driving conditions, or modifications.

Please be aware:

  • We do not accept responsibility for any engine damage, drivability issues, or mechanical failures that may arise from running a base tune.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to have the vehicle professionally dyno-tuned or calibrated after installation to ensure safe operation.
  • By purchasing a pre-tuned ECU, you acknowledge that this is a starting point only and not a substitute for a full custom tune.

Warranty & Support

All products are tested prior to dispatch and built to a high standard. If you experience any issues with your loom or ECU after receiving it, please contact us — aftersales support is available via our website chat, email at support@greensbarrasolutions.com, or via text message on 0481 747 396 between 10am and 4pm Adelaide time.

Please ensure all wires requiring power are correctly fused and connected through appropriate relays in accordance with standard automotive wiring practices.
